I’ve added a section on “food to go” as there’s much confusion when eating out and making healthy choices when outside of the home. There’re also 10 super-booster foods in book 2 that you must try!

Book 2 also touches on exercise with a simple measurement testing for waist-hip ratios and exercise strategies to help get and keep you in shape.
