We book these 15 calls at your convenience Monday - Friday from 8am-7pm UK time.

We will look at your weight and measurement statics and trouble shoot any issues that have arisen or due to arise and avoid for the week ahead.

I will answer any questions about nutrition, motivation and give hints and tips for your continued success.
