What is 10 HDA?
10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid is an unique, active compound which is known to exist only in royal jelly in nature. Surprisingly, we have discovered that raw bee pollen contains small amounts of this valuable compound too.
10-HDA content is often used as an index to determinate the quality and authenticity of royal jelly which is responsible for the health supporting benefits that royal jelly promotes such as immune-regulation, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, etc.
This content varies depending on the characteristic of the bees as well as the origin of the royal jelly.
WHO IS IT FOR? It’s food! For everyone!
Great from 1 year of age and up, start with little amount (1/6 or less of the teaspoon provided) and then build up according to tolerance and age. Same for adults, build up gradually up to 3 teaspoons or more a day according to tolerance and age.

SUGGESTIONS: First thing in the morning or between meals, keep under the tongue until it starts to melt and then swallow slowly.

DIRECTIONS: Let it naturally defrost for 5 minutes at room temperature and then consume. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 15-20 days.
