This is a 14 day taster program of The 4 Keys to Weight Loss. You will have a 1-2-1 goal setting session and consultation with Barbara to set the intention for the next 90 days. You will receive a week by week recipe template of a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner to cook. You receive daily motivation and exercise and environmental tips via a private social group. You will also have email support from Barbara throughout the 90 days PLUS much more in terms of support, education and tweaking your program to make sure you reach your goal!
